Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or video showing the issue.
We will offer you either:
A free replacement,
A full refund,
No return required.
Item Not Received
If your tracking shows the order is:
Delayed → We will monitor and update you until delivery.
Lost in transit → We will resend a new item at no extra cost.
Marked as Delivered but not received → Please check with neighbors or mailbox first. If still not found, we will assist you with a solution.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically.
Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment method.
Change of Mind
If you changed your mind after the item has shipped, you may still request a refund.
In most cases, we offer:
Refund without return, OR
Partial refund, depending on the situation.
(This avoids unnecessary shipping costs and keeps things simple for you.)
No Physical Returns Required
For hygiene and logistics reasons, we do not accept physical returns back to our warehouse.
You may keep, donate, or dispose of the item.
